It’s that time of year again when they switch products at Catrice. Well, not all, but some go, new ones come and I always follow the news with interest. This time I got a whole box of products for testing and today I present you the first of them: 24h brush liner eyeliner.

The 24h brush liner combines precise eyeliner and valuable care with a single application, free of parabens, microplastic particles and PEGs. Thanks to the flexible and fine brush, you can apply it very precisely to the lash line for fine eyeliner styles or dramatic cat eyes.

Catrice 24h brush liner eyeliner promises long-lasting durability, a nourishing formula with coconut water and a matte finish. But does it deliver?

Colour

A point for Catrice 24h brush liner eyeliner. The color is really black and it is black right away with just one coat. It dries matte and doesn’t shine when it’s dry, so it’s really something special.

Application

Catrice 24h brush liner eyeliner is a brush-shaped liner. The brush is short and a little wider, so you can’t really make a really thin line with it. It sits really good in your hand and can be worked with nicely. The application is okay, as the liner is opaque enough that you don’t have to bother with it.

Staying power

Here, too, I can only say, well done. Nicely durable when dried. Unfortunately, the drying time is a bit longer and during this time it can be imprinted on the upper part of the eyelid. But when it dries, it stays in place. It is not waterproof, which means that it will smear on contact with water, tears, … but it stays on me all day long and I am satisfied with its staying power!

All in all

The Catrice 24h brush liner eyeliner immediately grew close to my heart and I am happy to use it! I love both the matte look, its brush and durability. It didn’t irritate my eyes, but I also like that the removal is easy enough and I don’t need to rub my eyes or be black the next morning.
