It’s been a while since any limited edition collection actually gained my interest. But this time it was different. The moment I saw the collection preview, I knew, I need it! So I hunted for Kisses from Italyfrom Essence limited edition in stores. I was succesfull and bought three products that interested me the most:
Sorbet feeling hand cream
Mmmm, the smell of lemons. Gorgeous citrus-y smell that stays on your skin for quite some time. If you are smell sensitive, this ins’t a hand cream for your, but I adore it. It isn’t really norturing, I won0t use it in the winter. But it is perfect for this time of year, when I don’t need heavy creams, but I just need something to pamper myself a little and that my hands smell good. I have only one problem, getting it out of the packaging, but I haven’t figured out if it’s because I am powerless or the problem is actually in the packaging. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a film on your skin, just fresh scent.
Dry shampoo blotting paper
The moment I saw this, I was like, naah, no way it’s going to work! And I purposelly left my hair greasier, just to challenge it and to see how good it’d work. But first things first. How to use them? You take one sheet and you just slide it over your hair. It is rough on one side, like a sand, and this side you use on your hair. I have no idea what kind of magic this is, but it actually work. I wouldn’t use them on super greasy hair, simply because it would take too much time and sheets, but for a quick hair fix it is perfect. The only big difference in comparisson with a real dry shampoo is the lack of volume that dry shampoo gives you. But otherwise your hair are trully less greasy. Absolutely a product that will stay in my purse. Another big plus, the packaging is small enough it also goes in your pocket or wallet.
Mini lipstick kit 01 Ciao bellissima!
This mini lipsticks kit immediatelly caught my eye. Three beautiful colours, three very usefull lipsticks in a pencil. I prefer small packaging and mini products since I already have so many products I have no idea when I’ll use them up. Let’s start with the shape – the pencil shape is great for really precise application. The bottom part twists and this way you get more lipstick out, so no sharpener needed. All three are super easy to apply, with great pigmentation and nice on the lips. They aren’t exactly longlasting, since they are more creamy, so when you eat or drink they wear off. There are three colours in the packet, together they are perfect for every occassion:
Have you tried anything from Essence Kisses from Italy limited edition? I am very interested in your opinion!
